Bryce was told to keep the website simple, but his Heating and A/C expert at the online web development business thought he should give customers what they wanted. Heating and A/C is simple, but it covers lots of information. So, he thought Bryce should let them decide what information they want by clicking on different tabs. Bryce is sure his Heating and A/C website is better than most. He guesses this because he often peruses other Heating and A/C business websites. Their information isn’t as diverse, and they don’t have all the do-it-yourself ideas that Bryce has. He even offers do-it-yourself classes for homeowners. Now, he gives his Heating and A/C expert new information as it comes into the Heating and A/C business, and he either substitutes the old info, or creates a change to one of the sections. Bryce may have balked at the idea of hiring an online web development business for his Heating and A/C business, but he will admit it was the best thing he ever did for it.
