My husband and I are so excited because we have decided we are going to build our dream home. We have been saving as much money as we can and call it “the dream home fund”. We set an amount of money that we were comfortable with and once we reached it we were going to break ground on our new home. We have had the lot for our new home picked out for a while now and we can’t wait for it to be ours. We have an architect that we have been working with and they recommended a general contractor that they like to work with. The general contract them suggested that we hire a HVAC engineer to design our HVAC system. I hadn’t even thought about having a HVAC engineer in the process while we were designing our home, but it makes sense. We want to have a state of the art HVAC system and we are willing to pay a decent amount of money to have it. The HVAC engineer gave us a quote and we were very happy with the number. My husband and I had budgeted much more for the HVAC system so we were thrilled when we learned we would come in under our budget. Over the next couple of months my husband and I worked very closely with the HVAC engineer to design the perfect HVAC system. We are so excited and we can’t wait for the day we get to move into our dream home.
