So this will be the first place that I’ve lived that had central air conditioning.
And it will be the first time that I will be paying a mortgage as well! Both of those things make me incredibly cheerful if not a bit proud.
Becoming a homeowner as a single person who is about to turn 30 is no small feat. But after residing in a sizable apartment building with a boiler for heating, I’m sure ready for central air conditioning. And there will be actual air conditioning with the gas boiler for heating; For sure, the heating part of heating and cooling is the biggest essential, then we have like six months of winter time weather where I live so having your heating method squared away is essential. Yet, there is still a need for some cooling. Our Summers just seem to get more sizzling and more humid with each passing year. I’m entirely thankful that I’ll be able to dial in some cooling comfort. The residential Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit also came with a smart temperature control. So, dialing in the air conditioning is no problem. The smart temperature control will be sure that there is some cooling during the peak heating hours of the morning. But I don’t have to worry about over cooling the house either thanks to the smart temperature control. However, I entirely do care about coming household at the end of the morning to the air conditioning being on. The smart temperature control knows what time I get household from work. If it’s hot, the air conditioning is what welcomes me. Sure beats a fan or window air conditioning.
