My property owner asked me what I thought of the house she had for rent, but i was a realtor who looked at rentals before listing them, the maintenance man went to the house with me, plus I was aghast even before walking in.
The stink that came from the house was enough to make your eyup water.
I asked the maintenance woman what she thought about the property, plus she only shrugged, but she said she had been doing general contracting for years, plus a property appreciate this gave him job security. She was damaging houses, so she had more jobs for her general contracting supplier. I now understood why the owner of the general contracting supplier shrugged when she looked at the house. I hated to think she may have had something to do with the destruction to the house.
