Before I leave to go beach house I need to get the Heating & Air Conditioning plan updated. I have been staying here with our mom for about three months now, and I have been trying to help her get her beach house updated and ready to put up for sale. She has been wanting to downsize for the past few years however up until now, the people I was with and I have just not gotten around to it. This year, though, she decided that she wanted to alternate who is coming to live with me and our sister. She wants to do six months with a single of us and then six months with the other. I don’t know if that’s the right answer, however it is the only plan that the people I was with and I very have right now, however, the people I was with and I both live on opposite sides of the country and so the people I was with and I are trying to help Mom get the beach house sold so the people I was with and I can figure out our schedule, and right now, the people I was with and I are almost done with everything in the beach house except for the Heating & Air Conditioning system. The gas furnace in our mom’s beach house is super old. I think that it has been there since the beach house was built back in 1965. Our realtor told us that the people I was with and I are very going to have to update the gas furnace and the air conditioner plan before the people I was with and I put the beach house up on the market. I think that she’s absolutely right. I don’t know if anyone would want to buy our mom’s beach house with the old Heating & Air Conditioning plan that’s in there now. We are very going to have to get to work on updating it.
