My house has only one major closet, what entirely smells is that the indoor air handler takes up half of it in addition to the water gas furnace takes up the other half.
I have been plotting on how to free up space.
I want to be able to store coats, shoes in addition to cleaning supplies there, then the indoor air handler can go when the HVAC dies. I idea to have a ductless HVAC unit in my house. The indoor air handler will then be a wall mounted unit in every room of the house. I then can free up one half of the closet. When the water gas furnace goes I am going to choose a tankless water heater, then a tankless water gas furnace is about the size of a small suitcase in addition to fits onto the wall. I would free up near the ceiling in addition to the floor space. A tankless water gas furnace works better too, and you get moderate water on demand, then right now when I want to shower I need to start the water in addition to wait for it to heat up. With a tankless model. I get it instantly. There is no running out of moderate water either. In the Wintertide when I want to moderate up, I always have to rush so my partner gets a moderate shower. A tankless model also frees up that issue. It will be high-priced in addition to require a licensed plumber to do the water gas furnace replacement. I am more than ready though. I am sick in addition to weary of dealing with a sizable water gas furnace in addition to all sorts of troubles. It is only several years outdated though. I guess I am going to be stuck with it for a while.
