You would feel that an odd and unwelcome odor would be a thing of the past with a whole-apartment air cleaner; however still, there was an unpleasant odor in the house, and I tried using any and all air fresheners available… However, that only made it smell like an abandoned slaughterhouse here.

I was simply at my wit’s end because everything seemed okay; he even confirmed that the air purification help was in pristine condition. Before the a/c expert packed up all of his tools, he had a quick ‘light-bulb’ moment. He proposed that he conduct duct cleaning to ensure there was nothing wrong inside the air ducts. To our surprise and relief, the specialist discovered a dead rat that was the cause of the nasty and foul odor. He simply removed it, ran the air purification equipment, and the air quality returned to its former glory. I was really ecstatic to have our house because the past many afternoons had been an evening mare.
