My fiance, Bill, and I just bought a current home, then we have been looking for the perfect place for about two years and haven’t found anything that we certainly enjoy yet.
That was until we found the dwelling that we just purchased.
I wanted a older apartment that we could repair up and Bill loved that idea. We found the perfect three living room and three powder room dwelling that was built in the 69s. It had a crucial backyard and a lot of room for improvements. We spent the first couple of weeks making minor cosmetic repairs like painting and changing out fixtures that we didn’t like. I knew the next thing we would have to change was the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system, entirely the whole thing needed to be replaced even the air duct. In order to do this we had to hire a Heating, Ventilation plus A/C specialist to come over and inspect the dwelling and then supply us a quote. I thought the estimate we earned was easily satisfactory for the extensive amount of work we didn’t to have done. I know that replacing an entire Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system can be harshly expensive and I didn’t know if we were going to be able to afford it after just purchasing the house! But, the local Heating, Ventilation plus A/C corporation we called wasn’t try to scam us out of any money, they just wanted to help us out. I certainly appreciated this and we have decided to keep them as our on call Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business. I am excited we will be able to get our current Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system just in time for the warm summer time weather!
