I suppose that it’s a absolutely awesome tool and it makes a lot of sense for people to crowdsource their empty homes in order to make some extra cash… People who need a place to stay have a real home for a limited amount of time and a homeowner’s capitalize off of their empty household at the same time.
It seems like a absolutely enjoyable idea to me. The only thing is, there’s so many different home possibilities and assorted amenities that it can make your head spin. Sporadically, you forget what you’ve even looked at or you can miss important details about a home… Recently, this is what happened to us when my fantastic friend and I were looking for a cool household rental. My fantastic friend and I absolutely found a cool cabin, however my fantastic friend and I didn’t intend to freeze our asses off. When my fantastic friend and I found this awesome household my fantastic friend and I instantly booked the property. When my fantastic friend and I arrived there, my fantastic friend and I were shocked to find that the tree household was lacking some current amenities such as central heating and cooling. I know that makes sense that there wasn’t a central forced air boiler or sizable air conditioning unit for this tiny property, however they could have at least installed a mini split ductless heating and cooling system or gave a space heater. When my fantastic friend and I set are things down and realize there was no thermostat it was a rude surprise. Sure enough, when my fantastic friend and I check to the listing my fantastic friend and I saw that there was no indoor heating. This lack of indoor heat didn’t ruin the entire trip, however my fantastic friend and I spent the rest of the night wrapped up in a blanket together, wishing that my fantastic friend and I learn closer.
