The air conditioner in our home froze up in the summer! This was one of the worst things that has ever happened to my family and I in the summer! I am not one of those people who is able to live without a central air conditioner for long.
I have a medical condition that makes me swell up around my joints if I get hot. Having a central air conditioner that is in good working order is important to mine and my family’s health. I have a child with asthma and other respiratory problems, so having superb air quality is important for us. Anyway, this particular summer, we were having a really hot spell. The weather had just not been pleasant around here. The temperature just kept going up! We were running the central air conditioner around the clock, and one day, we observed that even though that air conditioner was on, the home was not cooling down love you should have been. I checked the control unit. Sure enough, the temperature on the digital programmable control component was rising! We weren’t really sure what the problem was, so we called a friend who is a heating and cooling worker. Over the phone, he said what he thought the problem was, and he also told us how to fix it!
