Our wife is a wash freak

I like a wash household as much as the next guy, but my wife is absolutely a wash freak! She absolutely enjoys cleaning and to her, a spotless household is the ultimate achievement.

There’s no need for her to pay to join a gym, as her workout is the constant movement she maintains while scrubbing, moving furniture around to wash behind it, mopping, vacuuming, etc, however and while some people treat themselves to a apartment cleaner during tied up times, my wife wouldn’t consider it.

She’d still have to go around each room to check for missed spots once the cleaner had left. And whereas non-clean freaks are satisfied to simply wash down the stuff that they can see, true wash freaks go much deeper. This even includes cleaning the basement! The floors are officially vacuumed, and the ceilings and walls are dusted with a feather duster. Of course my associate and I have our gas-powered boiler officially cleaned and took care of by a certified Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier, but that doesn’t mean that they wash the outside. She thoroughly cleans the boiler, ducts, pipes and cords. But shortly after a recent cleaning of the boiler, it stopped toiling; It was only twenty degrees outside – and dropping! I absolutely didn’t want to fiddle with any of the boiler’s valves or switches, so I called an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repairman. A few hours later, and a few degrees colder, she arrived and started to assess the situation. Thankfully, nothing was broken. My wife had accidentally switched off the power switch while cleaning it. After paying him, the supplier told me that he’s never seen such a wash boiler in all her years in the field.
