- Don’t get me wrong, I honestly enjoy rain storms, the more intense they are, the better, however, when you are in the middle of a hard Summer you entirely do not want to be challenged by the potential of a damaging thunderstorm, not only do storms tend to create even more heat and humidity after the rain has passed, but they can severely detriment your local infrastructure, if you have ever had a power outage in the middle of Summer you know how miserable that is.
