My sister moved to AZ where the days are warm and the afternoons are so warm.
No. 1 went outside, but I then asked my sister why she would transfer to such a horrible area, and she said it wasn’t horrible… However, the heat wasn’t nearly as poor as I thought it was. The desert heat was dry and easier to handle than the heat and humidity. I finally accepted her invitation to come visit, and headed West. I wasn’t even out of the car before I was regretting my decision to visit. It was so warm outside the car that relinquished my breath, however with no humidity, the heat felt savory. It was scorching my throat and drying myself and others out. She pulled myself and others into the current home where I was assailed with cool and humid air. I also immediately felt better, and I could not wait to get into cooler clothing. Later that day, my sister tried to talk myself and others into going sightseeing with her, but all I wanted to do was stay inside in the air conditioner… She told myself and others I was being foolish. There was an air conditioner anywhere my buddy and I went, including at the pool. I didn’t know her, even though I said I would go out. If it got too warm for me, I could find a place with an air conditioner and kneel inside and relax. She said she was proud of me, even though she was being a bit condescending when she said it. I remembered when she complained about the heat, and no 1 was condescending to her. They just told her that if she felt overheated, she should find somewhere that had an air conditioner until she felt better.
