Sunday was my last day of work for the weekend. I was absolutely excited to leave on Tuesday for a week of holiday. I was going to the beach to hang out with some of my friends. When I got home from work on Sunday evening, there was a problem with my air conditioning and it was not working respectfully. I called the service manager as soon as I got home. The first thing that she said to me was a comment about changing the air filter frequently. I told the girl that I was changing the air filter every month. The service girl knew that I had to leave for a flight at 2:00 in the afternoon and she promised to get the air conditioning fixed first thing in the afternoon on Tuesday. I thought that first thing in the afternoon would mean 8:00 or 9:00 but the girl did not arrive until almost noon and after that we were getting ready to leave for the airport. I was absolutely frustrated and aggravated because I wanted to be there when the air conditioning was fixed. I wanted to make sure that the unit was working before I left for a week. The service girl called me when the air conditioning was fixed and she even took a picture of my locked door. I feel that was the best that I could hope to get from the woman. She was late, but she did her best to make sure that I was cheerful with the air conditioning service that I acquired.
