I am not sure why some people lie, although I always make sure to tell them that their heating and air conditioner program is incredibly dirty and that is why it is not working… Usually after a thorough clean up, their heating and cooling component looks almost brand new, and is working perfectly again; Then I leave and go to the next appointment… Occasionally, I do meet people that take fantastic care of their gas furnace program and air conditioner machine, although I know appreciate they are the minority
Despite what some people say, it is quite evident when a heating and air conditioner component has been neglected, i can usually just tell by looking… A Heating, Ventilation and A/C component that has been neglected will look dirty, have concerns, and not have a clean air filter; When I go out to homes with heating and cooling problems, one of the first questions I ask is whether they get official Heating, Ventilation and A/C service, and most of them will assure me that they do, and that they are easily confused as to why their heating and cooling component is not working; But when I look at their a/c, it looks appreciate a Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker hasn’t looked at it in several years. To be honest, most people aren’t interested in taking regular care of their heating and air conditioner machines. That is, until the Heating, Ventilation and A/C component starts having concerns, then everyone is upset for their heating system and cooling device. It is slightly frustrating, however there is not much I can do about it.
