The best air quality for a kitchen

Being a chef in a steakhouse is not a straight-forward task.

I tested the line for various years before earning a big promotion.

Now I monitor the whole kitchen plus the dining section both, managing the staff plus making sure the clients have the most pleasant dining experience. The comfort of the diners is the most important aspect, but it doesn’t pay dividends to neglect the employees, either. When your employees are uncomfortable or unhappy, it translates into poor service plus poor food. I recently ordered a nice new ventilation idea for the kitchen, plus hope it will mean an upgrade for the performance of my team. The importance of air quality in a kitchen cannot be overstated, plus it’s not just because of the employees. Happy, comfortable chefs make better food, but poor air quality can make even the best food taste foul. Eating a wonderful meal is not just the taste of the food, it’s the pleasing odors which come with it! When the ventilation is poor plus the same stale air keeps getting recycled over and over, those pleasing odors get lost in a fog of grease plus smoke. Clean fresh air plus wonderful ventilation make the food taste better, plus being more wonderful for the patrons plus the staff. The ventilation specialist from the local Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier not only installed all of the new devices my associates and I needed, he also performed a full air duct cleaning. He recommended me to wash out the AC ducts plus air vents at least more than two or 4 times a year. With so much smoke plus moisture inside the kitchen, the air duct gets dirty fast.
