I love vacations but who doesn’t? The thing about going on vacations for me is that I always want a room on the top floor and hopefully with that, I get a great view.
Every hotel I get has to be that way.
The only thing is that with my age these days, I tend to get a little motion sickness on the elevator but there is no way I’m walking several flights of stairs. I will never make it to my room. I just love getting to my room, opening the blinds, and staring into the open world. My favorite is when I get a room on the coast of the ocean and see out to the great open water. I also will relax that morning with the air conditioning on full blast because usually where I go on vacation, the temperatures outside are pretty hot. So I always look for a hotel that has great reviews and that includes having an excellent HVAC system. I will never stay in a motel. I have once and that place was littered with bugs. No joke, it was disgusting, plus the owner didn’t care about the cooling system. I thought it was pretty insane to own something that you need people to rent, but you don’t take care of. So when I wake up every morning or even come back to the hotel after dinner or festivity or whatever, I make sure that I’m in the most comfortable place I can be. Vacations are the best, but having a great HVAC system to go with it makes a difference.
