The deep fryer finally wrecked the indoor air pollen levels

Since I like to cook, and I like greasy unhealthy fast food, our spouse offered myself and others a deep fryer for Christmas.

It fits on a countertop, however works the same way as the large fryers these use in restaurants.

I also got a cookbook for recipes called “taste-alikes” which are home versions of all the best fast food recipes. I’m thinking about how to make McDonald’s fries and deep fried burritos at home now! As much as I actually like it, there is one complication with this fryer. It causes a heck of an aroma, and impacts the indoor air pollen levels of the apartment in a major way. The ventilation plan in our family room is legitimately old, and I have come to learn that it works legitimately poorly. I even got up on the roof to check the exhaust vent over the family room ceiling, and found a birdie’s nest in it as well. After that our spouse called the local heating and air conditioning business and asked for a ventilation expert to inspect our family room. She also knew our willingness to try fixing things myself, and didn’t want myself and others to damage the ventilation plan or myself by trying to be helpful. An heating and air conditioning expert came over the next day, and commanded an actual up-to-date range hood and exhaust vent. Since the air duct over the family room had never been cleaned out it was utterly ruined. He explained that if my friend and I got another up-to-date ventilation plan my friend and I could do air duct cleaning once a year and that it would work basically forever. With all this fried food, my friend and I may actually need to clean the air duct twice a year.
