The heating, ventilation, and A/C tech was there in an hour.

When my partner called the heating, ventilation, and A/C dealer, he told them it was an emergency. He didn’t want to take the entire day off of work, just sitting around waiting for the heating, ventilation, and A/C specialist to arrive. He also called his office and told them he had an emergency at home, and he wouldn’t be in. He had personal days he could use anytime, as long as he called and left a message by a particular time in the afternoon. He was taking a personal day. An hour after calling the heating, ventilation, and A/C dealer, the heating, ventilation, and A/C specialist was there. My partner definitely wanted to know how he got there so abruptly? The heating, ventilation, and A/C tech said it was a slow day, and when the call came in, he was just coming on duty. He got into his uniform and headed right over. He and my partner simply talked about what was wrong with the a/c unit, and the heating, ventilation, and A/C tech asked questions. He wanted to know how old the a/c was so he could see if it was still under warranty. He also wanted to know if we changed the air filters officially, and when was the last time it was last service. My partner was scratching his head, unsure when the A/C component had been tested. He knew it hadn’t been this year, but he couldn’t remember if it was last year. He didn’t even know when the air filter was changed. I was heading to work, although I knew. I told him I changed the air filter a week ago, and it had been tested the seventh week of May.
