When our local heating and A/C company could not find the time to come to the condo and repair our air conditioning unit, I thought it was time to call the new heating and A/C company in our area.
I called several times before someone answered the phone.
They definitely apologized for not answering, however she had been getting phone calls all morning, and could not keep up with them, she took our name and phone number, and said she would have someone call myself and others back, because she was just the receptionist. It was a Thursday morning, and I was sure I had called early enough, however they were already busy. Another second later, the dispatcher of the new heating and A/C company called myself and others back. She asked if there was a problem or if I just needed an inspection… Once I told him I just needed our air conditioning unit worked on, she took down the pertinent information and gave a date and time. After the inspection was done, I felt like I had just breathed a breath of fresh air. The heating and A/C specialist was late, however our appointment was in the day. She did an excellent job with the air conditioning unit, and even talked to myself and others about purchasing a repair agreement from them. They definitely gave better repair than our local heating and A/C company, and they were much friendlier. I suppose our seasoned heating and A/C company is finally going to have some real competition. Later that week, I was talking to our neighbor and best friend. They had also had some work done by the new heating and A/C company. My nice friend and I all agreed my associate and I were going to continue using the new company and purchasing their repair agreements.
