I had to make sure that we got a new roof and I was also in charge of the landscaping. My wife ran the kitchen project and that was a plateful for her. So having the HVAC professionals just come in and take care of everything when it came to replacing the residential HVAC was essential. We also learned from the realtor that the latest in residential HVAC and HVAC technology is a big driver as far as getting the price we wanted from our home. I have to say I was stunned by the amount of money that we actually sold our house for. I also believe that that had a lot to do with the stellar residential HVAC in that home.
