Family is family & I’m fully down with that, then that’s the way I was raised & it makes sense that family attachions are a extreme life priority, and so when my partner’s dad died, I did anything I could do to support her in her grief & the new normal without her dad, and i took time off from the commercial Heating & A/C of the office just to be there, and whether it was to be an ear, to do errands, handle important details or just to put my arms around her, I stayed close.
That’s what you do for family; Ultimately, my mother in law ended up staying inside the central air conditioner of our dwelling for an extended amount of time.
My partner’s Dad & I have never really been close or are even all that fond of each other. But now, we’re family & she was welcome to stay as long as she needed to stay; Actually, she arrived shortly after selling her home after she replaced the residential Heating & A/C to get a immense price on that house. With the currency from the dwelling & the insurance she was set. It was sort of understood that she would transfer close to us. But she also didn’t want to rush into buying something which was totally understandable. My buddy and I put her up in the guest room like it was a small apartment. Thanks to zone controlled Heating & A/C, she even had a control component of her own. That was a blessing because I like more air conditioner than she does. With six heating & cooling zones in the house, I can at least get all the cooling I want at evening for sleeping.
